been AI ethics. He has said that AI governance is no longer simply a
technical matter -- it is a source of geopolitical power‚ and how a
country regulates AI today will play a major role in determining its
economic competitiveness for the next decade․ He says digital readiness
is a process‚ not a one-time event‚ and he thinks the best-performing
economies will be those that prioritize inclusion and ethical governance
over mere infrastructure building․
